This 30 days program requires self-discipline and commitment to lose 5kg in 30days. Therefore, trainee is required to follow our meal plan and workout routine. If trainee does not see the result of losing 5 kg in 30 days, trainee may request for refund of 50% from the total amount paid to us.
Our dietician will create a healthy meal plan that you should follow for 30 days.
Trainee is required to send in weight every morning and photos of daily intake.
Trainer will recommend to have training workout three (3) times per week but the trainer and trainee can still discuss and decide on the number of workouts per week.
This program is designed to lose 5 kg in 30 days therefore the training of 10 sessions have to be fully used up within 30 days.
Our trainer will travel to your gym area within Klang Valley.
Trainee arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
Yes. You may reschedule your workout session but provide 24 hour notice to avoid forfeiture of the training session.
